Founded in 2021, Sassy Suds Cleaning began as a side hustle in the beautiful communities of Tofino and Ucluelet, where owner Jennifer Rhein combined a passion for detail with an entrepreneurial spirit. What started with cleaning vacation rentals quickly grew into a trusted local business known for its reliability, sparkling results, and friendly service.
Rooted in the West Coast lifestyle, Jennifer Rhein built Sassy Suds Cleaning from the ground up, growing the business through word of mouth and hard work. Over time, the company expanded its services to include residential and post-construction cleaning, adapting to seasonal demand and consistently delivering top-tier results.
In 2025, Sassy Suds Cleaning relocated to Kelowna, bringing its commitment to excellence to a thriving new market. Specializing in vacation rentals, residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, move in/out cleans and more, Sassy Suds Cleaning provides high-quality, dependable service tailored to each client's unique needs.

What cities are your cleaning services offered in?We proudly service British Columbia's beautiful Okanagan area - including Kelowna, West Kelowna, Lake Country, Vernon and surrounding area.

How much is a clean?Pricing is determined based on the location and the size (ie. square footage, number of bedrooms, bathrooms, etc.) of the space. Please fill out our Inquiry Form for a more precise quote.

What are your business hours?We are available for bookings between 9:00am and 5:00pm 7 days a week. Please note this may exclude statutory holidays and/or change at our discretion.

What cleaning products do you use?We use Mint Cleaning Products - a safe, eco-friendly product line founded in Ucluelet, British Columbia. All of their products are made in small batches with the highest quality ingredients, ensuring the best results while being eco-friendly, biodegradable, and refillable.

Are your cleaning products safe for pets?We use Mint Cleaning Products. According to their website: "Our products are safe for pets when used as directed. Our formulas contain less than 1% essential oils, a concentration that has been vetted by professionals and is considered safe for pets. However, we do not recommend using our products directly on your pet's fur. If you have any specific concerns regarding your pet's health, we encourage you to consult your veterinarian for personalized advice."
